What matters
According to Pharmadule Morimatsu, the EIPICO-3 production buildings were designed in Sweden, manufactured and equipped in Suzhou, then shipped to Egypt for installation. EIPICO confirmed the official handover in July 2025.
Plan before manufacture
This is a specialist pharmaceutical project, not an ARQUBIQ commercial project. Its useful lesson is the delivery logic: resolve equipment and services before shipping, document every connection, prepare the destination in parallel and plan transport and lifting as part of the design.
Make the decision clearer
The same principles can improve smaller ready-made cafés, retail units and containers in Egypt. Factory checks reduce site surprises, while planned lifting points and removable connections support faster installation and more controlled disassembly if the unit moves later.
