Roof drainage, sealed openings and accessible maintenance points prevent small water issues from becoming structural or interior damage. Routine inspection is cheaper than delayed repair.
Make the decision clearer
Correct lifting protects the frame from permanent distortion. If relocation is expected, lifting points, removable connections and service shut-offs should be part of the original design.
