What matters
The published Losberger De Boer case study describes five connected buildings delivered for Talaat Moustafa Group’s SouthMed development. The programme included office, model-display, cinema and interactive presentation spaces.

Plan before manufacture
According to the supplier, unstable sand required a reinforced concrete slab and anchored fixing system. Materials arrived through several transport routes, and a 20-person team assembled the centre in 25 working days despite heat and strong UV exposure.

Make the decision clearer
This is an independent reference project, not ARQUBIQ work. The lesson for a ready-made café, sales office or container on the North Coast is clear: survey the soil and access first, lock transport dimensions early, prepare foundations before delivery and specify finishes for coastal exposure and future disassembly.
